To broaden our international relationship with other REALTOR® associations, the West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV) is proud to announce that we recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Asociaciòn Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliaros (AMPI). The partnership will serve as a conduit between both associations to develop a cross-border, business-building collaboration to enhance global real estate best practices and increase inclusion.

"The West and SouthEast REALTORS® of the Valley is an association that exists to serve and provide resources benefiting over 26,000 REALTOR® and Affiliate members across the state of Arizona," said Mandy Neat, 2021 WeSERV President. "We are delighted to re-establish the relationship with AMPI by signing a new Memorandum of Understanding and look forward to many years of partnership and building of relationships between the members of our associations."

In addition, the partnership will foster opportunities for leaders from both associations to share business practices such as:
  • Marketing techniques to increase member engagement
  • Educational content
  • Real estate practices
National President Asociaciòn Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios Pedro Fernandz Martinez stated to the members of WeSERV, “AMPI is your home”.  He also said that our relationship is teamwork.

"One thing I'm most proud of is our continued efforts to be more inclusive with other cultures and demographics through our Global Business and Alliance Council initiatives," said Roger Nelson, WeSERV CEO. "The council has been hard at work all year formulating international relationships with Ghana, Canada, and Mexico. These relationships provide a bridge between WeSERV and these countries to enhance the understanding of global real estate."

Both associations have shown a great desire to travel to the USA and Mexico to attend sponsored real estate conferences and trade missions.

"WeSERV values the partnership with AMPI, and as a neighboring association, look forward to future opportunities to visit Mexico and for their members to travel to Arizona for inbound trade missions," Neat said.
