Welcome to the West and Southeast REALTORS® of the Valley (WeSERV).

We're happy to have you join our Association.

The videos on this page will highlight the opportunities for you to engage and network with REALTOR® members within WeSERV through events, committee meetings, and sponsorship opportunities. We hope you enjoy your membership, and please let our Affiliate Liaisons or Member Services Team know if you have any questions.

WeSERV Chapters

WeSERV comprises six (6) chapters and is located in four (4) counties throughout Arizona, with roughly 26,000 members.

Each chapter has a council that meets regularly to discuss opportunities in each area to support events and members. The Association's purpose is to support our members through advocacy, professional development, and services. Please stop by the chapter office closest to you to pick up your affiliate pin if you have not already done so.

Affiliate Membership

Affiliate members are welcome to participate in events, professional development classes, happy hours, and committee meetings.

In addition, there are many industry-related events that you can attend to learn more about the real estate industry. WeSERV encourages all attending affiliate member guests to let their business relationships happen naturally and not to wear any company logo shirts to respect paid sponsors.

Your affiliate membership is individual to you. If you need to change your personal information, log into your WeSERV account. Please ask a Member Services Team Member for assistance if you don't know your login credentials. You can also email your WeSERV Member Services Team at membership@weserv.realtor to request changes.

WeSERV Committees

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

Your participation will lend growth to the real estate industry and community as well as the neighborhoods in which you live and work. Volunteering at WeSERV opens doors to personal, professional, and business growth. It's also an excellent way to form relationships with REALTORS®. All WeSERV members are welcome to volunteer in the committees, councils, workgroups, and forums created to elevate the Association and all its members.

The Cochise, Pinal, Southeast Valley, and West Valley Chapters host a monthly Affiliate Committee meeting. We invite all affiliates to join their chapter affiliate Committee. Learn more and request more information from our committee liaisons.

Diamond Affiliate Status

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

Once you have joined the affiliate committee in your chapter and are ready to move to the next level, consider working on obtaining your Diamond Affiliate status. Diamond Affiliates are affiliates that have gone above and beyond their initial membership.

Remember to reapply each year in December to maintain the Diamond Affiliate status.

As a Diamond Affiliate, you're given the first pick of sponsorship opportunities for classes and events. In addition, the Diamond Affiliate can sponsor many select events at a reduced rate. Review the Diamond Affiliate policy, download the application, and start earning this prestigious status.

Education Sponsorships

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

As an Affiliate member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to promote your company by sponsoring remote or in-person designation, certification, continuing education, specialty classes, and webinars. These sponsorship opportunities present the perfect way to introduce yourself and your services to REALTORS® and build beneficial business relationships.

Event Sponsorships

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

Affiliate members are invited to sponsor events and spend time networking with REALTOR® to support one another and career build. Each event has different sponsorship costs and opportunities available. The types of events we offer are picnics, blood drives, shred-a-thons, happy hours, awards ceremonies, REALTOR® expos, golf tournaments, community involvement and charitable events, and much more.

After Hours Networking and Happy Hours

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

Most of our chapters offer happy hours for our REALTORS® to attend that are sponsored by our affiliates. Happy hours are a fun way to connect and network with REALTORS® and affiliate members and establish relationships in a relaxed environment. Please extend the invitation to your REALTOR® partners. Proceeds support our college scholarship fund, which is available for our members' high school seniors to apply.

Marketing Home Tours

As a member of WeSERV, you have the opportunity to help guide the Association into the future.

WeSERV Marketing Home Tours are an excellent opportunity to spend time with REALTORS® as they preview listings. Each home tour coordinator opportunity is handled differently throughout the WeSERV Chapters.
