This class will be conducted via Zoom video conferencing. Zoom information to join the class will be shared in a reminder email the day before and the day of class.
IMPORTANT TECHNICAL AND FORMAT DETAILS
Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times. Class access will be locked 10 minutes after the start time. If you are unable to join, you have arrived too late.
Certificates
We’ll email your CE certificate to you within two business days after class completion.

Tim O'Neall
Tim O’Neall, ACI is the founder and president of AZ Property Inspections and is a licensed and ASHI Certified Home Inspector. Tim has personally conducted more than 13,000 residential and commercial inspections. He has a background in Environmental Engineering and a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration. Tim’s high energy and interactive class gives students an in-depth understanding of the inspection process from the Inspector’s perspective.
