Many disputes arise when there is a failure to understand the terms of employment agreements and what constitutes an appropriate standard of care in an agency relationship.- Describe what constitutes the standard of care required in Arizona.
- Implement strategies to adequately perform the duties required in an agency relationship to avoid risks.
- Explain how a commission is and is not earned under a listing agreement, as interpreted by Arizona courts.
- Reduce risks associated with commission disputes under co-brokerage agreements.

Per ADRE remote class guidelines for CE credit, you must be in camera view at all times. To verify your attendance and identity, you must use video and display your first and last name through Zoom for the course duration. Please treat the remote class as you would a live in-person class. Students may not use a mobile device to complete the course. You must be stationary and sitting at a desk/table as you would be in a live class. The instructor/monitor must be able to maintain visual and audio contact with you at all times.
