Before launching a career in real estate, my lengthy background in sales and management in Sierra Vista prepared me for my real estate career. First with Kinney Shoes as a manager for 9 years and 13 years with Famous Sam's Sports Grill in several positions including District Manager and Director of Human Resources. In addition to my business skills and experience, I have been a primary home buyer and seller 12 times, and we have also bought and sold investment property and vacation properties becoming a landlord for the first time when I was just 23 years old.

I became such a proponent of homeownership that I felt people were crazy not to own real estate as either a primary residence or as an investor. When I entered the industry, and to this day, the two niches I specialize are working with first-time homebuyers and investors. So I understand the issues you have to deal with as a buyer and seller from the consumer standpoint. Plus I have had to deal with having more than one home at a time due to not being able to sell, having bought a new home before selling the old, and having been a landlord, knowledge, and experiences which I find benefit my clients.

I am currently an Associate Broker at Sierra Vista Realty. I was named the 2014 Realtor of the Year for the Southeast Arizona Association of Realtors, I was voted the best real estate agent in 2017, 2018 and 2019 in the Sierra Vista Herald's Best of Sierra Vista awards, I am currently on the Board of Directors for the Greater Sierra Vista Area Chamber of Commerce , I am currently the vice-Chair and commissioner on the City of Sierra Vista Planning and Zoning Commission; I am a 2009 Graduate of "Leadership Sierra Vista" and currently serve as the Co-Chair for the "Leadership Sierra Vista" committee; I a
